摘  要:目的通过免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)对肿瘤细胞进行正确的免疫表型分析和精准组织病理学诊断。方法采用非生物素两步法和全自动免疫组化染色仪进行免疫组化染色,显示CD20在肿瘤组织中表达。结果全自动免疫组化仪与第一抗体不匹配导致假阳性的发生。结论在诊断免疫组织化学中使用抗体和全自动免疫组化仪自体配套的二抗试剂盒的相容组合非常重要。A correct immunophenotype analysis of tumor cells by immunohistochemistry(IHC)is essential for the accurate histopathological diagnosis.The application of a fully automatic immunohistochemical staining instrument has promoted the standardization and quality control of immunohistochemistry.In this article,we report the occurrence of false positives caused by a mismatch between the automatic immunohistochemistry instrument and the primary antibody,and illustrate the importance of using compatible combinations of antibodies and the secondary antibody kits provided with the automatic immunohistochemistry instrument in diagnostic immunohistochemistry.
