摘  要:利用X射线衍射仪、光学电镜分析Cu含量不同的铁基复合材料的物相和形貌,发现随Cu含量的增加,材料的裂纹逐渐减少,从而影响力学性能。运用扫描电镜、EDS能谱测试、三维轮廓测试仪表征复合材料的断口、磨痕表面,发现复合材料中Cu的增加使其断裂机制由脆性断裂向韧性断裂转变,复合材料的摩擦学性能有所改善,尤其在高温测试条件下,生成的CuO与石墨、MoS2协同作用,改善了铁基自润滑复合材料的摩擦学性能。X-ray diffractometer and optical electron microscope were used to analyze the phase and morphology of iron-based composite with different Cu content.It was found that with the increase of Cu content,the cracks of the material decreased gradually,which affected the mechanical properties.It was found that the increase of Cu in the composite resulted in the transformation of fracture mechanism from brittle fracture to ductile fracture,and the tribological properties of the composite were improved,especially under the condition of high temperature test.The coordinative action of CuO,graphite and MoS2 improved the self-lubricating iron-based composite tribological properties of the material.
