摘 要:油气田开发过程中,油层出砂因素是导致国内稠油区块套管发生损坏的主要原因之一,给油田造成了巨额的经济损失。首先通过分析国内稠油油藏的套管损坏情况及套损规律,指出了油层出砂后岩石骨架结构破坏、油层出砂空洞、地应力重新分布及不当的增产措施是导致出砂严重区块套管损坏的主要原因。然后通过建立套管、水泥环、地层的三维有限元分析模型,分析了不同位置处下套管的有效应力和轴向应力随出砂量的变化规律。研究结果表明,在地层出砂过程中,在油层与上下层交界面附近,套管应力存在明显升高区域,加之套管周围形成空洞的原因,使得该处套管最易发生损坏。In the process of oil and gas field development,sand production is one of the main reasons for casing damage in heavy oil block in China,which has caused huge economic losses to the oilfield.Based on the analysis of casing damage and damage law of heavy oil reservoirs in China,it is pointed out that the main causes of casing damage in serious sand producing areas are the destruction of rock skeleton structure,sand production cavity,redistribution of in-situ stress and improper stimulation measures.Then,through the establishment of three-dimensional finite element analysis model of casing,cement sheath and formation,the variation law of effective stress and axial stress of casing running at different positions with sand production is analyzed.The results show that in the process of sand production,the casing stress increases significantly near the interface between the upper and lower layers,and the formation of cavities around the casing makes the casing damage most easily.
