国内文件归档制度研究述评及启示

摘　　要：在对新中国70年来有关文件归档制度的文献进行系统回顾与梳理的基础上,按照文献研究内容划分不同类型,从基本概念、现状与问题、改革与对策等几个方面对其进行了归纳总结与分析评价,从中得出归档制度建设的几点启示:我国归档制度创新存在多因性,归档制度建设体现统一性,归档制度改革遵循渐进性,归档制度实施关注便利性。Based on a systematic review and summary of the literature on the filing system of China in the past 70 years,it is divided into different types according to the research content.This paper summarizes,analyzes,and evaluates the basic concepts,present situation and problems,reforms and countermeasures,and draws some inspiration from the construction of the filing system.It states that there are multiple causes for the innovation of the filing system in China;and the construction of the filing system should reflect unity,the reform of the filing system should follow gradual progress,and the implementation of the filing system need to focus on convenience.
