摘　　要：本文基于两届全国高校档案学专业大学生课外科技竞赛,对其参赛作品进行分析,从而指出参赛作品存在的一些问题,以此为例,分析竞赛作品所显露的人才培养问题,关联延伸至档案学人才培养模式的创新,进而提出将学科竞赛引入档案学专业人才培养的思路,并进行相应的分析与论证,为培养创新型和实践型人才建言献策。Based on the two extracurricular science and technology competitions of Archives major in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the entries and points out some problems existing in the entries.Taking this as an example,it analyzes the talent training problems revealed in the entries,which are related to the innovation of the training mode of Archives talents,and then puts forward the idea of introducing the subject competition into the training of Archives talents,and carries out corresponding measures The analysis and demonstration of this paper will provide suggestions for the cultivation of innovative and practical talents.
