摘　　要：美国国家档案馆收藏了美国粮食局在一战期间发布的所有海报。其中,粮食政策主题海报档案占很大比例,它们见证了美国政府在一战期间调控粮食的活动。这些海报档案可分为节约号召、专项节约、节约宣誓和鼓励生产四类,体现了当时海报强调自愿节约、画面以女性为主、宣传对象广泛等特点。粮食政策海报成功地激励了公众参与粮食局提出的节约粮食活动热情并成为研究当时美国历史的重要资料。The National Archives of United States holds all posters issued by the U.S.Food Service during World War I.The U.S.National Archives has a collection of all posters issued by the U.S.Food Service during the First World War.A large percentage of these are food policy-themed poster Archives that bear witness to the activities of the U.S.government in regulating food during the First World War.These poster Archives can be classified into four categories:call to save,special savings,savings pledge and encourage production,reflecting the poster's emphasis on voluntary savings.It is also characterized by its female-oriented and widely publicized audience.The food policy poster succeeded in awakening the public's participating in the food saving initiatives of the Food Authority Activity,becoming an important source for the study of American history.
