基于公众参与的美国公民档案员项目研究

摘　　要：我国各级档案馆允许公众承担档案录入、校对、档案展览等工作,但参与度和积极性不高。为了解国外社会力量在档案事业的参与情况,以NARA公民档案员项目为基础,从任务选题、任务设置、任务讲解等方面分析项目的主要特点,在此基础上结合我国档案工作实际情况,从加强档案资源开发、建立激励机制等方面为我国档案事业实现公众有效参与提供借鉴。Archives at all levels in our country allow the public to undertake such tasks as record entry,proofreading,and archive exhibition,but their participation and enthusiasm are not high.In order to understand the participation of social forces in foreign archival work,based on the NARA citizen archivist project,the main characteristics of the project are analyzed from the aspects of task selection,task setting,and task explanation.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of my country's archival work,it provides references for my country's archival undertakings to achieve effective public participation in terms of strengthening archival resource development and establishing incentive mechanisms.
