摘  要:小麦-黑麦1BL/1RS易位系因具有丰产和抗病等特性,被广泛应用于小麦育种,我国曾一度有超过70%的小麦品种含有该易位系。当前,该易位系在我国小麦中的分布情况还有待确证。迄今,抗条锈病基因Yr41已连续为小麦育种提供抗性20年,利用该基因培育的抗条锈小麦新品种在西南麦区大面积推广。然而,该基因在我国小麦中的分布情况仍不清楚,限制了其在不同麦区的开发利用潜力。鉴于此,本研究利用小麦-黑麦1BL/1RS易位系特异分子标记ω-sec-p3/ω-sec-p4和Yr41特异分子标记BE446068对1293份小麦品种(系)进行了检测,结果显示,有542份可扩增出1BL/1RS特异标记,占参试材料的41.92%,使用频率仍然较高;有64份材料可以扩增出Yr41特异标记,占参试材料的4.95%,利用频率较低,今后可加强对含Yr41品种(系)的利用。Wheat-rye 1 BL/1 RS translocation line was widely used in wheat breeding due to its characteristics of high yield and disease resistance.At one time,more than 70%of wheat varieties in China contained this translocation line.At present,the percentage of its utilization is still to be researched.So far,stripe rust resistant gene Yr41 has continuously provided resistance for wheat breeding for 20 years,and the stripe rust resistant Yr41-containning wheat cultivars have been popularized in the southwest wheat region.However,the distribution of this gene in China’s wheat varieties(lines)is still unclear,which limits its potential for exploitation and utilization in different wheat regions.In view of this,1 BL/1 RS translocation line specific molecular markersω-sec-p3/ω-sec-p4 and Yr41 specific molecular markers BE446068 were used to detect 1293 Chinese wheat varieties(lines).The results showed that 539 wheat varieties(lines)could amplify 1 BL/1 RS specific markers,accounting for 41.92%of the tested materials,indicating that the frequency of its utilization was still high;64 materials could amplify Yr41 specific marker,accounting for4.95%of the tested materials,suggesting that the frequency of its utilization was relatively lower.Therefore,the utilization of Yr41-containing varieties(lines)could be strengthened in the future.
