摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇、乙腈和水溶液为流动相,采用C 18柱和紫外检测器,测定30%咪鲜·氟环唑微乳剂中有效成分的含量。结果表明,咪鲜胺和氟环唑线性相关系数分别为0.9990、0.9996,变异系数方别为0.49%、0.86%,平均回收率分别为99.18%、99.53%。A quantitative analysis method was introduced for the determination of Prochloraz+epoxiconazol 30%ME by HPLC on C 18 column with ultraviolet detector.The mobile phase was made up of methanol acetonitrile and water.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of gibberellic acid and thidiazuron were 0.9990 and 0.9996,that the coefficient of variation were 0.49%and 0.86%,and that the average recoveries were 99.18%and 99.53%,respectively.
