摘  要:以天然腰果酚为原料,合成了双(二甲胺基)磷酸腰果酚酯,双(二甲胺基)磷酸环氧化腰果酚酯和双(二甲胺基)磷酸硫化腰果酚酯3种新型的抗磨极压剂。这3种抗磨极压剂不含金属元素,符合添加剂绿色化、功能化和无灰化的发展趋势,属于环境友好添加剂。给出了这3种抗磨极压剂的合成条件,并对这3种抗磨极压剂的摩擦学性能进行了评价。合成的这3种抗磨极压剂的摩擦学性能均达到或超过了传统的磷酸三甲苯酯。(图3表0参考文献6)Three new AW/EP additives,cardanol bis(dimethylamino)phosphate,cardanol epoxide bis(dimethylamino)phosphate and cardanol sulfide bis(dimethylamino)phosphate were synthesized from natural cardanol.These three AW/EP additives did not contain metal elements,which accorded with the development trend of green,functional and ashless additives,and belonged to environmental friendly additives.The synthetic conditions of the three AW/EP additives were given,and the tribological performances of the three AW/EP additives were evaluated.The tribological performances of the three synthesized AW/EP additives reached or exceeded the traditional trimethylphenol phosphate(.Charts3 Tables0 References6)
