摘 要:采用多环节生活垃圾处理链条解决城市生活垃圾问题时,垃圾分类精细化和智能化程度低、运输过程监管存在盲区、资源化利用和处置过程安全生产和污染排放透明度不够、多个环节信息无法共享难以支撑全链条协同。基于5G技术,利用云计算、大数据、物联网等新手段,探索在生活垃圾收集分类、运输转运、资源化利用和无害化处置各环节的创新监控和数据智能应用。结果表明:数字化和智能化转型能够提高此行业经济和社会多重价值,提升生活垃圾处置效率、保障绿色安全生产、加强监管和透明度、跨环节跨主体协同,推动打造全过程可视化、可监控、可预警的智能生活垃圾处理链条。When the multiple links MSW disposal chain was adopted to solve the problems of MSW,the degree of refinement and intellectualization in waste classification was low,blind spot was existed in the supervision of transportation process,the transparency of production safety and pollution emission in the process of resource utilization and disposal was insufficient,and the information of multiple links could not be shared to support the coordination of the whole chain. Based on the 5G technology,the cloud computing,big data,the internet of things and other new means was taken,to explore innovative monitoring and intelligent application of data in the links of MSW collection and classification,transportation and transshipment,resource utilization and harmless disposal. The results showed that the transformation of digital and intellectualization could improve the multiple values of economic and social of this industry,promote the efficiency of MSW disposal,ensure the green and safe production,strengthen the supervision and transparency,collaborate across links and entities,and could promote to build an intelligent MSW disposal chain that was visible,monitored and forewarned throughout the process.
