摘 要:以湿式厌氧发酵的消化污泥和脱水污泥为接种物,对比两种接种物的接种效果和放置处理对厌氧发酵的影响。结果表明当接种相同质量的接种物时,脱水污泥和消化污泥累积产气量分别为643、407 mL/g,脱水污泥的最大产气速率为消化污泥的2.6倍;接种物经过放置处理会降低接种物的接种效果,产气高峰从第1天推迟至第3天出现,最大产气速率下降13%~75%。结合厦门市厨余垃圾处理厂实例,建议厨余垃圾干式厌氧发酵项目中可采用湿式厌氧脱水污泥作为接种物,并缩短接种物积累时间,也可在接种过程中添加适量底物,加快厌氧发酵的启动。The digested sludge and dehydrated sludge from wet anaerobic fermentation were taken as inoculums,the influence of the inoculation effect and the placement treatment of the two inoculums on anaerobic fermentation were compared.The results showed that when inoculated with the same quality,the accumulative biogas yield of dehydrated sludge and digested sludge were 643 mL/g and 407 mL/g,respectively,and the maximum gas production rate of dehydrated sludge was 2.6 times as much as that of digested sludge. The inoculation effect of the inoculums was reduced through the placement treatment. The biogas production peak time was delayed from the first day to the third day and the maximum gas production rate was reduced 13%~75%.Combined with the example of kitchen waste treatment plant in Xiamen,it was suggested that wet anaerobic dewatering sludge could be used as inoculant in dry anaerobic fermentation project of kitchen waste,and shorten the accumulation time of inoculant. In addition,appropriate substrates could be added during inoculation to accelerate the initiation of anaerobic fermentation.
