摘  要:从固化控制要求、工艺路线、结构设计等方面,介绍了兴丰生活垃圾卫生填埋场采取填埋区内临时渗滤液调节池污泥原位固化工艺。通过工程准备、固化小试、固化中试、固化实施、固化检测、提升承载力、防渗构建等方面进行工程实施,筛选出适宜的固化药剂配比,摸索出一条固化施工工艺路线,提升了污泥区域的地基承载力,其特征值≥100 kPa,成功实现在原区域填埋垃圾至设计标高。经1 a的连续监测,在污泥固化层上填埋的垃圾堆体稳定。The in-situ solidification process of sludge from temporary leachate regulating tank in Xingfeng sanitary landfill was introduced from the aspects of solidification control requirements,process route and structure design. The project was implemented through engineering preparation,curing in small experiment,pilot experiment,curing implementation,curing detection,enhancing bearing capacity,anti-seepage construction and other aspects,to select an appropriate curing agent ratio and find out a curing construction process route,which improved the foundation bearing capacity of the sludge area with the characteristic value was ≥100 kPa,and the landfill in the original area was successfully realized to the design level. Through continuous monitoring of one year,the refuse dump on the solidification sludge layer was stable.
