整合医学与“阴、阳、道”三大人体器官假说

摘　　要：一般认为,现代医学已完成了人体大器官的发现研究,人体几乎不存在还没有被发现的大器官。基于整合医学理论,我们提出人体内还存在“阴、阳、道”三大器官假说,“阴”器官即为全身所有静脉血的集合;“阳”器官即为全身动脉血液的集合;“道”器官即为全身所有动静脉血液的总集合。“阴、阳、道”器官在活体内分别具有自己独立的生理机能,不可替代。“阴、阳、道”三大器官概念的建立,具有重要的理论与实践价值,是整合医学的重要成果之一。It is generally believed that modern medicine has completed the discovery and research of large organs of the human body.There are almost no large organs that have not yet been discovered in the human body.Based on the theory of holistic integrative medicine,we propose the hypothesis that there are three major organs in the human body:yin,yang,and Tao.“Yin”organ is the collection of all venous blood in the whole body;“yang”organ is the collection of systemic arterial blood;“Tao”organ is the total collection of all arteriovenous blood in the whole body.“Yin,yang,Tao”organs have their own independent physiological functions in the living body,which cannot be replaced.The establishment of the concept of“yin,yang and Tao”organs is of great theoretical and practical value and is one of the important achievements of holistic integrative medicine.
