中药喷雾对胃镜诊治术后患者口咽舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨运用中药喷雾剂康复新液联合薄荷水改善胃镜诊治术后患者口咽舒适度的效果。方法选取80例胃镜诊治术后出现咽喉部不适症状的患者为研究对象,按诊治顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组在胃镜诊治术后2h使用康复新液喷剂喷口腔及咽喉部3次,连用2d;观察组在胃镜诊治术后2h使用康复新液联合自制薄荷水喷剂喷口腔及咽喉部3次,连用2d。评估2组患者咽喉疼痛、吞咽不适及口咽并发症的情况。结果术后4h和24h,观察组咽喉疼痛、吞咽不适及咽喉并发症评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。术后48h,观察组无一例出现咽喉疼痛或口咽并发症,且观察组吞咽不适评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用中药喷雾剂康复新液联合薄荷水喷口腔及咽喉部,能缓解胃镜诊治术后患者咽喉部疼痛及口咽并发症,提高患者口咽舒适度。Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with menthol-containing solution on relieving the discomfort of oropharynx inpatients after gastroscopy.Methods Totally 80 patients with oropharynx pain after gastroscopy were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.In observation group,patients were sprayed with Kangfuxin solution combined with menthol-containing solution three times in the mouth and throat for two days.In control group,patients were sprayed with Kangfuxin solution in the mouth and throat three times for two days.The degree of oropharyngeal pain,swallowing discomfort and oropharyngeal complications were assessed at 4 h,24h,36h and 48 h after gastroscopy.Results At 4 h and 24 h after gastroscopy,the assessment scores of oropharyngeal pain,swallowing discomfort and oropharyngeal complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group respectively(P<0.01).At 48 h after gastroscopy,there was no case of oropharyngeal pain or oropharyngeal complications in the observation group,and the assessment scores of swallowing discomfort in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Kangfuxin solution combined with menthol-containing solution can relieve the discomfort of oropharynx and related complications,and improve the degree of comfort in patients after gastroscopy.
