酸枣仁口腔喷雾剂缓解全麻术后患者口渴的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨运用酸枣仁口腔喷雾剂缓解全麻术后患者口渴症状的效果。方法选取2019年3月-9月骨外科接受全麻手术的患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,各30例。对照组采用棉签蘸温开水涂抹口唇的方法缓解口渴症状,干预组采用自制酸枣仁口腔喷雾剂喷口腔的方法缓解口渴症状。采用视觉模拟评分方法(VAS)评估干预前后口渴程度。结果干预后,2组患者口渴VAS评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05),且干预组口渴VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸枣仁口腔喷雾剂能有效缓解全麻术后患者口渴症状,减轻护理人员的工作量。Objective To investigate the effect of Zizyphus jujuba spray on thirst-related symptom relief in patients after general anesthesia.Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia for orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.In the control group,patients’lips were moistened by wet cotton swabs.In the intervention group,the Zizyphus jujuba spray was used to keep the mouth moist.The degree of thirst was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Results The VAS thirst score was decreased in both study group and control group after intervention(P<0.05),and VAS thirst score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Zizyphus jujuba spray is potentially effective to relieving thirst-related symptom of patients after general anesthesia and reduce the workload of nurses.
