摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对情感障碍患者生活质量和服药依从性的影响。方法对56例情感障碍患者实施延续性护理干预,分别于干预前后采用服药依从性量表、生活质量状况问卷(SF-36)对患者进行问卷调查。结果干预后患者的服药依从性得分(1.10±0.60)分,高于干预前的(0.93±0.40)分。干预后,患者SF-36量表生理职能得分、精神健康得分、生理健康总分较干预前改善(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理模式有助于提高情感障碍患者的服药依从性和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of transitional care on quality of life and medication adherence in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods Totally 56 patients with bipolar disorder were included in this study.Transitional nursing interventions were carried out during the treatment.The patients’adherence to medication and quality of life were evaluated before and after intervention.Results The medication adherence scale score was increased from(0.93±0.40)before intervention to(1.10±0.60)after intervention.Higher score of role-physical item,mental health item and physical component summary score were found after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The transitional care is effective to improve the quality of life and medication adherence in patients with bipolar disorder.
