血液透析室三级护理查房模式应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨三级护理查房模式在血液透析室中的应用效果。方法2018年6月-2018年12月按照三级护理查房要求在科室展开三级护理查房,评价三级护理查房实施前(2018年1月-5月)和实施后(2018年6月-12月)科室22名护士的专科理论和技能考核成绩、护理质量。结果实施三级护理查房模式后护士专科理论和专科技能得分分别为(92.40±0.41)、(96.50±0.29)分,高于实施前的(88.50±0.43)、(87.70±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实施后护士对患者病情知晓率为86.36%、护理措施落实率为95.45%、健康教育落实率为90.91%,高于实施前的54.54%、68.18%、50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在血液透析室实施三级护理查房模式可以有效地提高透析室护士对患者病情的掌握情况,从而提供相应的护理措施和健康教育指导,促进血液透析护理队伍的建设和发展。Objective To investigate the application effect of the three-level nursing ward-round model in the hemodialysis room.Methods According to the requirements of the nursing ward-round,a three-level nursing rounds model was conducted in the hemodialysis department.The nurses’theoretical knowledge,practice skills and quality of nursing were evaluated before implementation of three-level nursing ward-round model(between Jan and May 2018)and after implementation of three-level nursing ward-round model(between June and December 2018).Results After implementation of three-level nursing ward-round model,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practice skills assessments were increased(92.40±0.41vs.88.50±0.43,96.50±0.29 vs.87.70±0.32,P<0.01).The awareness rate of disease,implementation rate of nursing intervention and implementation rate of health education were improved by implementation of three-level nursing ward-round model(86.36%vs.54.54%,95.45%vs.68.18%,90.91%vs.50.00%,P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of three-level nursing ward-round model in the hemodialysis room can effectively improve the quality of dialysis care and promote the construction and development of the hemodialysis care team.
