日本足球发展中的外籍运动员归化及对我国的启示

摘　　要：归化外籍运动员在世界足坛屡见不鲜,日本是亚洲较早开启归化外籍足球运动员并取得成功的国家。日本足球归化外籍运动员经历了摸索期、高潮期、成熟期三个阶段,主要存在血缘、联赛、青苗三种归化模式。日本足球在归化外籍运动员过程中形成了多元力量合力驱动的强大社会支持体系,三种归化模式协同并进,重视归化对象的日本血统,注重归化运动员的文化认同,并有意识地集中归化运动员的来源国度。我国足球在面对归化外籍运动员这一新生事物时,可以"以邻为鉴",通过多元力量协同合作,为归化外籍运动员营造良好的社会支持体系。同时,充分考量民族情感,谨慎选择归化模式,倾力培养归化运动员的文化认同,并以归化外籍运动员为契机,形成符合我国足球运动员特点的技术风格。Naturalized foreign players are not uncommon in the world of football.Japan is the first country in Asia to open a naturalized foreign football player and succeed.Japanese football naturalized foreign players have experienced three stages of exploration,high tide and maturity.There are three naturalization modes:bloodline mode,league mode and young seedling mode.In the process of naturalizing foreign players,Japanese football has formed a strong social support system driven by multiple forces.The three naturalization modes go hand in hand,attaching importance to the Japanese descent of the naturalized objects,paying attention to the cultural identity of the naturalized players,and consciously focusing on the country of origin of the naturalized players.In the face of the new things of naturalized foreign players,Chinese football can"see the neighbors as a guide"and cooperate with each other to create a good social support system for naturalized foreign players.At the same time,carefully choose the naturalization model.Considering the national sentiment,the author cultivates the cultural identity of the naturalized players,and takes the opportunity of naturalized foreign players to form a technical style that conforms to the characteristics of Chinese football players.
