摘　　要：介绍乳化液吹扫系统的结构,各部分的作用及工作原理。对调试过程中出现的问题进行分析研究,找到问题的原因,结合现场情况提出解决方案。The paper explains the structure,function and working principle of the emulsion system for cold steel mills,and studies the problems occurring during the period of commissioning to find out the causes,and provides the solution in consideration of the site condition.
