摘　　要：设计某重卷包装生产线过程自动化系统。实现与工厂MES系统、基础自动化系统的数据通讯及重卷线的生产管理。按厂方要求实现二级系统的无人值守功能,简化现场操作人员操作,提高生产效率。An automation system designed for the process control of a recoiling&packing line can realize the data communication with the plant MES system and basic automation system as well as the production management of the recoiling&packing line.The unattended function of the automation level 2 designed as required by the customer simplifies the operation of operators in service and thus increase the productivity.
