大数据时代下高校大学生网络思想政治教育工作的思考与实践——以桂林航天工业学院为例

摘　　要：互联网和大数据时代背景下,大学生思想政治教育工作的传播方式发生了质的变化[1],新媒体的出现改变了大学生的生活方式、辅导员育人方式和学生工作的宣传方式。该文将桂林航天工业学院作为广西易班建设的第二批试点推广高校,以学生工作队伍实际工作为出发点,秉承"强化服务、提升素养、网络育人、弘扬文化"的工作目标,依托"易班"平台融合各类新媒体资源,努力整合创新,将打造学生懂用、会用、爱用的易班网络平台作为工作目标,着力把易班建成本土化、本校化、桂航师生喜爱的网上精神家园,努力提高网络思政教育效果。Under the background of the Internet and big data era,the way of dissemination of ideological and political education for college students has undergone a qualitative change. The emergence of new media has changed the way of college students’ life,the way of education by counselors, and the way of publicity in student work. Taking Guilin University of Aerospace Technology as one of the second batch of pilot universities for the construction of E-class construction in Guangxi, starting from the actual student work, and adhering to the objectives of "strengthening service, improving literacy, educating students on the Internet,and promoting culture", this paper strives to integrate all kinds of new media resources into the "E-class" platform and make innovations based on it, aiming to establish a user friendly "E-class" platform that is localized, school-based, and favored by teachers and students of Guilin University of Aerospace Technology, thus improving the effect of network ideological and political education.
