摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎前路减压双嵌片自稳型颈椎融合器治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果。方法采用颈椎前路减压双嵌片自稳型颈椎融合器治疗33例脊髓型颈椎病患者。术后1周、3个月、6个月及末次随访时采用JOA评分标准评价脊髓功能恢复情况,测量颈椎椎间隙高度百分比和颈椎整体屈曲度。结果33例患者均获得12个月随访。术后1周、3个月、6个月及末次随访时,JOA评分、椎间隙高度百分比、颈椎整体屈曲度较术前均有明显提高(P<0.05)。末次随访时JOA改善率:优(>75%)21例,良(50%~75%)12例。结论颈椎前路减压双嵌片自稳型颈椎融合器治疗脊髓型颈椎病临床效果较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterior cervical decompression and double-insert self-stabilizing cervical fusion cage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods Thirty-three patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated with anterior cervical decompression and double-insert self-stabilizing fusion device.At 1 week,3 months,6 months postoperation and the last follow-up,JOA score was used to evaluate the recovery of spinal cord function,and the percentage of intervertebral space height and the overall curvature of cervical spine were measured.Results All 33 patients were followed up for 12 months.JOA score,percentage of intervertebral space height,and overall curvature of cervical spine flexion were significantly improved at 1 week,3 months,6 months postoperation and last follow-up(P<0.05).The improvement rate of JOA in the last follow-up:excellent(>75%)in 21 cases,good(50%~75%)in 12 cases.Conclusions Anterior cervical decompression and double-insert selfstabilizing fusion device have good clinical effect in treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
