摘　　要：目的探讨小T型钢板内固定治疗伴有Tillaux-Chaput骨块的踝关节骨折的效果。方法采用小T型钢板内固定治疗18例伴有Tillaux-Chaput骨块的踝关节骨折患者。记录骨折愈合时间及并发症,术后6个月采用VAS评分评估疼痛程度,采用AOFAS踝-后足评分评价踝关节功能。结果无切口感染现象。患者均获得随访,时间10~16个月。骨折均愈合,愈合时间6~12周。术后6个月,VAS评分2~4分;AOFAS踝-后足评分78~99分,其中优9例,良9例。结论小T型钢板内固定治疗伴有Tillaux-Chaput骨块的踝关节骨折,有利于患者踝关节功能恢复,可获得较好临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of miniature T-shaped plate internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture with Tillaux-Chaput fracture block.Methods The 18 patients of ankle fracture with Tillaux-Chaput fracture block were treated by miniature T-shaped plate internal fixation.The time of fracture healing and complications were recorded.At 6 months after operation,VAS was used to evaluate the pain degree,and AOFAS ankle-hindfoot functional score was used to evaluate ankle function.Results No incision infection was found.All cases were followed up for 10~16 months.All patients gained union within 6~12 weeks.At 6 months after operation,VAS was 2~4 points,and AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score was 78~99 points,the results were excellent in 9 cases,good 9 cases.Conclusions Miniature T-shaped plate internal fixation for ankle fracture with Tillaux-Chaput fracture block is beneficial to the recovery of ankle function,which can achieve excellent effectiveness.
