摘 要:全球各国对空气质量治理非常重视,从而针对汽车发动机尾气的排放要求越来越高,迫使发动机燃烧技术不断优化。从开始机械化油器喷射到涡轮增压和缸内直喷,直到当下的混合喷射和分层燃烧技术,都在不断地减少一氧化碳、碳氢化合物和氮氧化物的排放。分层燃烧技术应用,打破传统空燃比的关系,常规的氧传感器失去参考价值,故需要研发和应用新的宽频氧传感器。我们通过发动机分层燃烧技术,分析宽频氧传感器机理。Countries around the world attach great importance to air quality governance,and thus have increasingly higher requirements for automobile engine exhaust emissions,forcing the optimization of engine combustion technology.From the start of mechanized carburetor injection to turbocharging and in-cylinder direct injection,to the current hybrid injection and stratified combustion technologies,all of them have continuously reduced carbon monoxide,hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxide emissions.The application of stratified combustion technology breaks the relationship between the traditional air-fuel ratio and the conventional oxygen sensor loses its reference value.Therefore,a new wide-band oxygen sensor needs to be developed and applied.In this paper,the stratified combustion technology of the engine is used to analyze the mechanism of the wideband oxygen sensor.
