摘  要:我们结合某柴油机用铸铁排气管裂纹问题,开展裂纹断口分析,并结合排气管的设计结构、安装、使用等情况,建立仿真分析模型,确定了裂纹产生原因是由于加强筋的过渡处铸造圆角较小造成该位置应力集中。通过加大圆角设计等优化改进设计手段增强高应力区域的抗疲劳性能,达到提高铸铁排气管可靠性的目的。In this paper,possible cause and improving method of cracks were discussed in the exhaust pipes,which are applied in diesel engine.Herein,fracture surfaces of the cracks were analyzed theoretically by the simulation analysis model established according to the designing structure,installation and application of the diesel engine exhaust removal.It is suggested that the stress concentration,which is functioned by the smaller casting fillet within the transition zone of stiffener,is responsible for the crack forming.Furthermore,an optimized design scheme based on the theoretical calculation and practice was brined forward to improve the anti-fatigue performance of high stress region.These designs provide important information for improving the reliability of the exhaust pipes applied in the diesel engine.
