氟伐他汀钠胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗脂肪肝合并高脂血症患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价氟伐他汀钠胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗脂肪肝合并高脂血症患者的效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年12月期间收治的脂肪肝合并高脂血症患者68例,参照随机数字表分为对照组(34例)及研究组(34例)。对照组接受熊去氧胆酸治疗,研究组接受氟伐他汀钠胶囊、熊去氧胆酸联合治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月,统计对比两组临床疗效、症状改善状况以及治疗前后血脂指标TC、TG变化及肝生化指标ALT、AST变化。结果与对照组70.59%(24/34)相比,研究组总有效率91.18%(31/34)显著提高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肝区肿胀、肝区不适、乏力、纳差例数少于对照组(P<0.05),TC、TG、ALT、AST低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论氟伐他汀钠胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗脂肪肝合并高脂血症效果显著,可明显改善临床症状,控制血脂水平,改善肝功能。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of fluvastatin sodium capsule combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of fatty liver patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 68 patients with fatty liver complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(34 cases) and study group(34 cases) according to random number table.The control group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid,and the study group were treated with fluvastatin sodium capsule and ursodeoxycholic acid.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical effects,symptom improvements as well as changes of blood lipid indexes(TC,TG) and liver biochemical indexes(ALT,AST) before and after treatment were counted and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group and study group was 70.59%(24/34) and 91.18%(31/34),respectively,that of the study group significantly increased while comparing with that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,patients with liver swelling,liver discomfort,fatigue and anorexia in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of TC,TG,ALT and AST in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Fluvastatin sodium capsule combined with ursodeoxycholic acid is effective in the treatment of fatty liver with hyperlipidemia,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,control blood lipid level and improve liver function.
