摘  要:目的研究电子束辐照灭菌对医用外科口罩细菌过滤效率的影响。方法用不同灭菌剂量对医用外科口罩进行电子束辐照灭菌,并对灭菌效果和口罩的细菌过滤效率进行检测。结果与未灭菌组比较,采用不同剂量电子束辐照灭菌后的口罩供试液中均无菌生长,但口罩的细菌过滤效率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论低剂量的电子束辐照可对医用外科口罩产生灭菌效果,但是会显著降低其细菌过滤效率,因此在医用外科口罩的实际生产中不建议采用电子束辐照进行灭菌。Objective To study the effect of electron beam irradiation sterilization on bacterial filtration efficiency of surgical masks. Methods The medical surgical masks were sterilized by electron beam irradiation with different sterilization doses, and the sterilization effect of the irradiation and the bacterial filtration efficiency of the irradiation-treated masks were tested. Results Compared with the non-sterilized group, the test solution of the mask after sterilization with different doses of electron beam irradiation grew aseptically, but the bacteria filtration efficiency of the masks were significantly reduced(P<0.01). Conclusion Low-level electron beam irradiation can produce a sterilization effect on medical surgical masks, but it will significantly reduce their bacterial filtration efficiency at the same time. Therefore, it is not recommended to use electron beam irradiation for sterilization in the actual production of medical surgical masks.
