摘　　要：为了解倒爬花杆这项神秘的苗族体育活动,认识其项目的本质内容,本研究采用田野调查、文献资料等研究方法对云南境内马关县的倒爬花杆活动进行深入研究。主要结论:倒爬花杆项目形式主要分为立杆、祭杆、闹杆、爬杆四个部分,倒爬花杆的起源与苗族历史的军事战争与民族迁移有着重要的联系,同时倒爬花杆具有健身、祭祀、娱乐的重要价值功能。建议:随着社会的发展与少数民族村寨的变迁,倒爬花杆应该借助于利用现代化的传播手段、向着竞技化方式转变与积极争取非物质文化遗产保护等方向发展。To understand the mysterious sport of up-side-down pole climbing of the Miao Minority,and to appreciate its essence,this article uses research methods such as field study and literature to study this activity,commonly found in Maguan County,Yunnan Province.Main conclusions:the four main activities involved include:setting up the stem,worshiping to the stem,celebrating around the stem and climbing the stem.The origin of this sport is closely related to Miao's historical military wars and the relocation of the people.It serves several important purposes,including exercise,worshiping and entertainment.Suggestions:in the context of rapid development of the society and the ongoing relocation of minority villages,modernized publicity measures are needed to further its influence.It may transform into a competitive sport for further development and actively seek to be a non-material cultural heritage.
