摘 要:采用逻辑推理、对比分析、实证研究等方法,对当前大学体育课“负轻”的原因进行了深入的分析。以“运动教育模式理论”为指导,以重庆文理学院篮球项目为例,构建了大学体育篮球项目的“升降级”教学模式。该模式主要通过运动负荷、课余练习、考核等三种方式为体育课堂“增负”。并从实施前、中、后三个阶段对该模式进行详细阐述。教学改革实践证明,该模式对增强学生自主学习积极性,增强体育课运动负荷,养成终身体育锻炼习惯都具有明显效果。By means of logical reasoning,comparative analysis and empirical research,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of“the light academic burden”in current university physical education classes.Taking the basketball selective course of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences as an example,the teaching mode of“Promotion and Demotion”in basketball class is constructed under the guidance of the theories of“Sport Education Model”.Through exercise workload,after-school practice,and assessment,the teaching mode enables the physical education class to“increase students’academic burden”.The paper elaborately introduces the practices in the three stages of before,during and after the implementation of the teaching mode.The practice of teaching has proved that this model has significant effects in enhancing students'initiative in independent learning,strengthening exercise workload and forming the habit of lifelong physical exercise.
