基于大学生体质健康的高校体育教学改革方式研究

摘　　要：德智体美劳全面发展是培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人的基本要求,其中身体健康又是学生全面发展的基础。作为大学生而言,体质健康是他们学习专业文化知识技能、顺利就业创业的重要前提。结合当前大学生体质健康状况不容乐观的现状,对当前高校体育课堂教学现状中存在的问题进行了剖析,指出当前高校体育教学存在的问题主要有:教学理念和教学思想存在偏差;教学方式方法及模式存在问题;体育课堂教学效果不佳;大学生课外体育锻炼不足;学生体质健康监测结果信度有待提高。根据这些问题,提出基于大学生体质健康的高校体育教学改革途径:改革高校体育评价机制;加强高校体育教学管理;大力开展阳光体育活动;改革体育课堂教学方式;提高体育教师的综合素质。The comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,art,and labor is the basic requirement for cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors.Among them,physical health is the foundation for the comprehensive development of students.As for college students,physical health is an important prerequisite for them to learn professional cultural knowledge and skills,and to successfully find employment.Based on the current situation of undergraduates'physical health,the current situation of physical education in colleges and universities is analyzed.It is pointed out that the current problems in physical education in colleges and universities include:deviations in teaching ideas and teaching ideas;problems in methods and models of teaching;poor physical education teaching effect;insufficient extra-curricular physical exercise for college students;and reliability of monitoring results of students'physical fitness needs to be improved.According to these problems,the reform of physical education in colleges and universities based on the physical health of college students is proposed:reforming the evaluation mechanism of physical education in colleges and universities;strengthening the management of physical education in colleges and universities;vigorously carry out sunny sports activities;reform the physical education classroom teaching methods;improve the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers.
