摘　　要：除了体育专业学生之外,在高校,网球属于选修课,常因教学方法不当,导致学生无法熟练掌握各类网球技巧,课堂成效不佳。一些学生甚至不熟悉球拍握法、标准发球动作等。文章简要论述网球教学训练相关情况,深入探讨网球教学训练技巧及方法,分析网球技术形成,以期达到良好体育课堂教学效果,使大学生熟练掌握网球运动技巧,更好地投入到网球运动中。Tennis is a selective course in college except for sport majors.Due to improper teaching method,students fail to master tennis skills,which leads to poor class effect.Some students are even not familiar with standard grip and serving methods.This paper briefly discusses the general training condition of tennis teaching,deeply discusses training skills and methods,and analyzes the form of tennis skills.The aim is to achieve good teaching effect,allow students to master the skills and get involved in the sport better.
