“健康第一”理念下体育教师教学行为转化研究

摘　　要：青少年体质健康问题一直备受党和国家领导人重视。体育是现代教育的重要部分,而体育教师是体育教学的实施者,体育教师教学行为的转变对学生的身体素质的提高有着重要的意义。以“健康第一”的教学理念为宗旨,转变体育教师的教学行为能够帮助学生转变学生的体育教学认识,培养学生主动参加体育锻炼的意识,提高学生体质,培养学生的合作精神与拼搏精神,促进学生全面发展。全面落实“健康第一”的教学理念需要全社会各级人士的支持。The problem of the health of the young people has always been paid attention to by the leaders of the Party and the state,and at the important meeting of the Central Committee,the general secretary has repeatedly stressed the problem of the health of the youth,and the physical education is an important part of the modern education,and the physical education teacher is the implementer of the physical education.Therefore,the change of the teaching concept of the physical education teachers is of great significance to the improvement of the physical quality of the students.Taking the teaching idea of the“Health First”as the purpose,the change of the teaching behavior of the physical education teacher can help the students to change the students'understanding of physical education,to change people's understanding of the physical education,to train the students to take part in the consciousness of physical training,to improve the students'physique and to train the students'cooperation.The spirit of cooperation and fight promote the overall development of students.Fully implementing the teaching concept of``health first''requires the support of people at all levels of the society.
