我国滨海地区体育旅游发展SWOT分析

摘　　要：研究目的和研究方法:运用文献资料法以及SWOT分析法,对我国滨海地区体育旅游发展的内部优势与弱势以及外部机遇与威胁进行了详细分析,为滨海体育旅游提供发展策略。研究结果和研究结论:内部优势主要包括为经济发展优势、体育旅游自然资源丰富和体育产业和旅游业发展迅速;内部弱势分为三点,分别是滨海城市旅游发展不平衡、体育旅游未形成特色和体育旅游人才缺乏;外部机遇有国家政策优势和国民体育健身意识逐渐增强;外部威胁有旅游行业内竞争激烈和极端天气造成巨大威胁。通过SWOT分析法矩阵组合,得出(W-0)扭转型战略、(S-0)增长型战略、(S-T)多元发展型战略和(W-T)防御型战略四种发展策略。Research objective and methods:this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and threats of the development of sports tourism in the coastal region of China by means of literature and SWOT analysis,and provides development strategies for the coastal sports tourism.Research results and conclusions:internal advantages mainly include economic development advantages,rich natural resources of sports tourism and rapid development of sports industry and tourism;the internal weakness is divided into three points:the imbalance of coastal city tourism development,the lack of sports tourism characteristics and the lack of sports tourism talents;external opportunities include the gradual increase of national policy advantages and national sports fitness awareness;external threats include fierce competition within the tourism industry and extreme weather.Through SWOT analysis matrix combination,four development strategies are obtained:(w-0)torsion strategy,(s-0)growth strategy,(s-t)multiple development strategy and(w-t)defensive strategy.
