经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切的安全性与有效性。方法:选择2019年1月-12月间在我院进行治疗的前列腺增生患者50例,应用随机数字表法,分成经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗的观察组和经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的对照组,记录住院时间、留置导管时间和并发症发生率,比较临床疗效。结果:观察组住院时间(8.21±2.11)d、留置导管时间(3.70±1.01)d均短于对照组的(10.53±2.40)d、(5.79±2.43)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率8.00%(2/25)低于对照组的32.00%(8/25),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生,可缩短住院时间、留置导管时间,减少并发症发生率,值得应用。Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate.Methods 50 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group treated by transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate and control group treated by transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate by random number table method.The hospitalization time,catheter indwelling time and complication rate were recorded and the clinical effects were compared.Results The hospitalization time(8.21±2.11)d and catheter indwelling time(3.70±1.01)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(10.53±2.40)d and(5.79±2.43)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%(2/25)lower than that in the control group(32.00%(8/25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate can shorten hospitalization time,indwelling catheter time and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
