摘  要:针对目前人工剪切腊肠绳结存在的剪切速度慢、劳动强度大、切面不规则等问题,基于PLC和HMI控制技术,研发一种可自动切除腊肠绳结的系统。通过对腊肠运动过程分析,提出基于PLC和伺服驱动控制技术的腊肠输送系统;通过对腊肠绳结部分结构的分析,提出了一种机械结构+传感器的绳结检测方案。实际生产应用表明,该系统在提高生产效率、降低生产成本、提升产品美观和卫生性等方面比传统人工的剪切绳结方式具有明显优势,符合当前制造业发展趋势,市场应用前景广阔。Aiming at the problems of slow shearing,high labor intensity and irregular cutting surface of artificially cut sausage knots,a kind of automatically cutting the sausage knot system based on PLC and HMI control technology was developed.Based on the analysis of the movement process of the sausage,a sausage transport system based on PLC and servo drive control technology was proposed.By analyzing the structure of the knot of the sausage,a knot detection scheme of mechanical structure+sensor was proposed.Practical application shows that the system has obvious advantages over traditional manual shear knot in improving production efficiency,reducing production costs,improving product aesthetics and hygiene,etc.In line with the current development trend of manufacturing industry,it has broad market application prospects.
