摘  要:在气体分馏装置开工过程中丙烷压缩机闭路循环已建立,并入丙烯塔系统时工艺相对复杂,影响因素较多。丙烷压缩机并机直接影响了气体分馏装置整体开工进程。本文结合延安石油化工厂气体分馏装置开工丙烷压缩机并机过程中的问题,对并机的影响因素进行简要分析,并提出相应的解决对策,确保气体分馏装置顺利开工。During the start-up of Gas Separation Unit,the self-cycle of propane compressor has been established,the process is relatively complex when it is incorporated into propylene tower system,many influencing factors.It affects the overall start-up process of Gas Separation Unit.In this article,the problems in the process of Propane Compressor incorporation into the system in the Gas Separation Unit of Yan’an petrochemical plant are discussed,analysis of the influencing factors,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,ensure successful start-up of Gas Separation Unit.
