摘  要:本文开展对南华输油管道冬季低输量运行条件下的技术研究,并进行安全稳定运行参数计算和可行技术措施分析,为冬季南华输油管道在低输量运行条件下提供技术参考,以保证冬季南华输油管道的安全稳定运行。In this paper,the technical research on the South China Oil Pipeline under the low-throughput operation condition in winter is carried out,and the calculation of safe and stable operation parameters and the analysis of feasible technical measures are carried out to provide technical reference for the South China Oil Pipeline under the low-throughput operation condition in winter,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the South China Oil Pipeline in winter.
