摘　　要：基于视觉技术设计了雪茄烟质量检测装置,该装置主要由一个控制盒和两个图像采集模块组成。图像采集模块分别对烟盒内的烟支和铝箔纸上表面进行拍照,控制盒内的工业计算机负责接收图像数据,利用图像处理技术对采集到的图像数据进行分析,从而判断是否存在缺支、反支、残支、偏移以及铝箔纸缺失、破损、偏移等缺陷,并将处理结果发送给PLC控制柜,由PLC控制柜在相应位置将缺陷烟包剔除。A device for detecting cigar quality based on vision technology is designed,which is composed of a controller module and two image acquisition modules.The image acquisition module takes pictures of the cigarette and the upper surface of the aluminum foil paper in the cigarette box.The industrial computer in the control box is responsible for receiving the image data.The image data is analyzed by using image processing technology,so as to judge whether there are defects such as missing,reverse,residual,offset and aluminum foil missing,damaged and offset.And the processing results are sent to the PLC control cabinet,and the PLC control cabinet will eliminate the defective cigarette packets in the corresponding position.
