摘  要:本文基于后悬架外倾激光测量技术,设计了E型多连杆后悬架外倾调整设备,并对比分析了四点激光测量机和三点激光测量机的工作原理,从实际应用效果来看,当零件的尺寸及公差带稳定后,外倾预调整方法可以覆盖99%以上的外倾值终调整,偶发的偏移件也可以通过在线调整的方式及时解决,而且不影响检测线节拍。运用激光测量技术进行后悬架外倾预调整工艺后,能更有效地节省了检测线四轮调整工位的操作人员数量和劳动强度,该工艺的应用可为企业节约成本。Based on the rear suspension camber laser measurement technology,this paper designs the E-type multi-link rear suspension camber adjustment equipment,and compares and analyzes the working principles of the four-point laser measuring machine and the three-point laser measuring machine.From the practical application effect Look,when the size and tolerance zone of the part are stabilized,the camber pre-adjustment method can cover more than 99%of the final adjustment of the camber value.The occasional offset can also be solved in time by online adjustment,and it does not affect the detection line beat.The use of laser measurement technology for the rear suspension camber pre-adjustment process can more effectively save the number of operators and labor intensity of the four-wheel adjustment station of the inspection line.The application of this process can save costs for enterprises.
