摘　　要：针对我国小水电管理现状,在集约智能化改造的基础上,为面向所有小水电站实现自动化、智能化、集约化运行模式转型,利用物联网移动技术与云中心存储技术,搭建基于云平台的小水电服务平台,同时利用水电增效模型,提升小水电日常管理的效益水平、安全水平和核心竞争力。In view of the current situation of small hydropower management in China,on the basis of intensive intelligent transformation,in order to realize the transformation of automation,intelligence and intensive operation mode for all small hydropower stations,a small hydropower Service Platform Based on cloud platform is built by using the mobile technology of Internet of things and cloud Center storage technology.At the same time,the benefit level and safety of daily management of small hydropower stations are improved by using the hydropower efficiency model Level and core competitiveness.
