摘  要:设计并合成了一种新型Gemini阳离子表面活性剂,具有双亲脂和双亲水的分子结构特点,且联结基为不饱和烯键,易于生物降解。该表面活性剂以正十六烷基二甲基叔胺和1,4-二溴-2-丁烯为物料,经季胺化反应合成得到。收率88.0%,熔点182~186℃。经结构表征,产物分子结构符合预期。并对该表面活性剂进行了表面性能测定,电导法测定其临界胶束浓度(CMC)为78.6μmol/L,乳化力强于十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),发泡性和稳泡性稍低于SDS。该表面活性剂的低泡高乳化特性具有广泛应用于相转移催化剂领域和衣物洗涤剂领域的市场前景。A new Gemini cationic surfactant is designed and synthesized.It has amphiphilic and hydrophilic mole cular structure charaiteristics.The linker is unsaturated alkene bond,which is easy to be biodegraded.The surfactant is synthesized by quaternization of n-dimethyl tertiary amine and 1,4-dibromo-2-butene.The yield is 88.0%and its melting point is 182~186℃.The structure characterizes that the molecular structure of the produrt meets the expectation.The interfacial properties of the surfactant is discussed.The CMC is 78.6μmol/L with conductivity method.The emulsifying ability is better than SDS.Foaming and foam stability are slightly lower than SDS.The low foaming and high emulsifying properties of the surfactant can be widely used in phase-transfer catalyst and laundry detergents.
