基于混合契约的生鲜松茸供应链协调策略研究

摘　　要：混合契约概念是"核心条款+附加条款"所构成的契约体系,使各节点的利益诉求能在更为弹性的区间内进行调适,最终实现生鲜松茸供应链协调效能的增强。基于混合契约的供应链协调策略包括,由销售商与第四方物流企业形成双向信息交互、由第四方物流企业协调栽培方与加工方的对接、在销售方与加工方之间建立代储代供合作模式、在销售方与栽培方之间建立市场信息交互平台。The mixed contract concept adopted in the article is that the contract system composed of "core clauses + additional clauses"enables the interests of each node to be adjusted in a more flexible range, and finally realizes the coordination of the fresh Tricholoma matsutake supply chain enhanced efficiency. The supply chain coordination strategy based on the hybrid contract is: the seller and the fourth-party logistics enterprise form a two-way information interaction, the fourth-party logistics enterprise coordinates the docking of the cultivation party and the processing party, and the establishment of a storage between the sales party and the processing party on behalf of the cooperation model, establish a market information interaction platform between the sales side and the cultivation side.
