摘 要:当前在增强供应链全渠道运营能力时面临着几个挑战:高频率交易增大食用菌干品供应商的会计成本、供应链再造增大食用菌干品供应商的交易成本、信息化建设增大食用菌干品供应商的沉淀成本、资金回笼率降低食用菌干品供应商的经济利润。该问题导向下的运营策略为优化配送中心布局降低会计成本、调适利润分享模式弱化交易成本、构建战略联盟关系消化沉淀成本、创新财务模式提升经济利润回报。At present, when enhancing the omni-channel operation capability of the supply chain, there are several challenges,including high-frequency transactions increase the accounting costs of edible fungi dry goods suppliers, and supply chain reconstruction increases the transaction costs and information of edible fungi dry goods suppliers. Chemical construction will increase the cost of sedimentation of dried edible fungi suppliers, and the rate of return of funds will reduce the economic profit of suppliers of dried edible fungi. The operation strategy under the guidance of this problem is: optimizing the distribution center layout to reduce accounting costs, adapting the profit sharing model to weaken transaction costs, constructing a strategic alliance relationship to digest costs, and innovating financial models to improve economic profit returns.
