摘　　要：在"互联网+"时代,研究干猴头菇网络运营模式时需要与电子商务环境相联系,并在新零售模式下去解构干猴头菇网络运营中的商流特点。沿着"商流决定物流、物流支撑商流"的逻辑进路去细化绿色供应链管理内容和形式,以绿色物流运营方式来提升干猴头菇网络运营的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益等绩效。具体的网络运营模式可围绕着应用物流信息平台加强运营流程管理、优化网络运营方案增强成本控制能力、以商流实施供应链再造整合物流资源、植入生态条款完善网络运营合约管理4个方面展开构建。In the"Internet +"era, research on the dried Hericium erinaceus network operation model needs to be connected with the e-commerce environment, and the new retail model should be used to deconstruct the business flow characteristics of dried H. erinaceus network operation. This article follows the logical approach of "business flow determines logistics and logistics supports business flow"to refine the content and form of green supply chain management. It is concluded that the green logistics operation method is used to enhance the economic, social and eco-efficiency and other performance. The specific network operation model can be revolved around the application of logistics information platform to strengthen operation process management, optimization of network operation schemes, enhancement of cost control capabilities, implementation of supply chain reconstruction with business flow, integration of logistics resources, implantation of ecological terms, and improvement of network operation contract management.
