摘 要:对黑木耳在预防运动性贫血中的作用进行研究。通过"强化训练周"建立运动性贫血模型,筛选出25名研究对象进行黑木耳和营养品补给。开展血液指标和运动性贫血评价试验,结果显示,食用黑木耳能够有效提高血液中红细胞和血红蛋白含量;但铁蛋白和血清铁含量明显下降;运动性贫血评价中研究对象主观感觉贫血症状明显减轻。黑木耳营养成分可以提高运动员红细胞和血红蛋白含量,对预防运动性贫血有一定功效。The effect of Auricularia auricula on the prevention of sports anemia was studied. Through the "ntensive training week"to establish a sports anemia model, 25 subjects were selected for A. auricula and nutrition supplement. The results showed that the consumption of A. auricula can effectively improve the content of red blood cells and hemoglobin, but the content of ferritin and serum iron decreased significantly, and the subjective feeling anemia symptoms of the subjects in the evaluation of sports anemia decreased significantly. The nutritional components of A. auricula can improve the content of red blood cells and hemoglobin of athletes and have certain effect on preventing sports anemia.
