摘　　要：针对生鲜食用菌控温供应链物流质量管控中的问题,从建立质量管理平台,控温物流管理系统的应用,电子合同的应用等角度,探索建立新的物流质量管控机制。提出了提高物流质量管控水平的对策和建议,为提高生鲜食用菌产品的品质,促进食用菌物流供应链质量的提高提供了借鉴。In the view of the problems in the logistics quality control of the temperature control supply chain of fresh edible fungi,this paper explores the establishment of a new logistics quality control mechanism from the perspectives of the establishment of quality management platform, the application of temperature control logistics management system, and the application of electronic contract. Some countermeasures and suggestions are given to improve the level of logistics quality control. It provides a reference for improving the quality of fresh edible fungi products and promoting the quality of edible fungi logistics supply chain.
