摘  要:目的 :探讨芬吗通在卵巢储备功能下降及卵巢早衰治疗中的临床疗效。方法 :选取120例卵巢储备功能下降及卵巢早衰患者随机分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60),对照组患者接受常规激素代替疗法,研究组患者接受芬吗通治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后各激素水平及血脂指标变化。结果 :研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者各激素水平和血脂指标均明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :芬吗通可有效改善患者的性激素及血脂水平,在卵巢储备功能下降及卵巢早衰治疗中具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Femoston in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve and premature ovarian failure.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with decreased ovarian reserve function and premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into a control group(n=60)and a study group(n=60).The control group underwent conventional hormone replacement therapy and the study group underwent Femoston therapy.The overall response rate,the levels of each hormone and the changes of blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The overall response rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the each hormone levels and blood lipid indexes in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the study group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Femoston can effectively improve the levels of sexual hormones and blood lipids in the patients and has high application value in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve function and premature ovarian failure.
