不同贮存温度、培养基及四环素对培菲康胶囊活菌数的影响

摘　　要：本研究探讨了影响培菲康胶囊活菌数的因素:贮存温度、培养基和四环素。结果表明:在25、30和37℃放置7 d,每粒胶囊所含长双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌及粪肠球菌活菌数均大于1×107 CFU/g,其中,在25℃条件下,活菌数最多,表明菌株存活率最高;血平板中长双歧杆菌活菌数明显高于GAM日本日水和GAM青岛日水培养基中的活菌数,说明血平板更适宜长双歧杆菌的生长。The factors affecting the number of viable bacteria in Bifico capsules were studied,including storage temperatures,media and tetracycline.The results showed that the number of live bacteria of Bifidobacterium longum,Lactobacillus acidophilus and Enterococcus faecalis in each capsule were all more than 1×107 CFU when they were incubated for 7 days at 25,30 and 37℃.The number of the living bacteria and their survival rates were the highest when capsules were stored under 25℃.The number of B.longum was significantly higher when cultured on blood medium than the other media tested,which indicated that the blood medium was more suitable for the growth of B.longum.
