摘 要:采用离子交换法制备了Fe0.41V2O5干凝胶薄膜。通过XRD对薄膜的结构进行表征,结果表明Fe^3+的引入扭曲了V2O5干凝胶的层状结构并扩大了其层间距。以循环伏安法和计时电流法表征了薄膜的电化学性能;利用紫外分光光度计表征了薄膜的光学性能。结果表明V2O5干凝胶薄膜200圈循环的电荷保持率为41.4%,Fe0.41V2O5干凝胶薄膜200圈循环电荷保持率为88.8%,Fe^3+的引入提高了薄膜循环稳定性能。同时Fe^3+的引入降低了薄膜的响应速度,V2O5干凝胶薄膜的着色时间/褪色时间分别为5.0 s/6.2 s,Fe0.41V2O5干凝胶薄膜的着色时间/褪色时间分别为12.6 s/7.0 s。此外,V2O5干凝胶薄膜和Fe0.41V2O5干凝胶薄膜的光学调制能力相近,Fe^3+的引入并未对V2O5干凝胶薄膜的光学性能产生大的影响。The Fe0.41V2O5 xerogel film was prepared by ion-exchange method.The structure of the film was characterized by XRD.The result shows that the introduction of Fe^3+distorts the layered structure and enlarges the interlayer distance of V2O5 xerogel.The electrochemical properties of the films were studied by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry.The optical properties were characterized by UV–Visible spectrophotometer.The result shows that the introduction of Fe^3+improves the electrochemical stability with the charge retention of V2O5 xerogel film after 200 cycles is 41.4%while that of Fe0.41V2O5 xerogel film is 88.8%.At the same time,the introduction of Fe^3+reduces the response speed with the coloring time/bleaching time of V2O5 xerogel film is 5.0 s/6.2 s while that of Fe0.41V2O5 xerogel film is 12.6 s/7.0 s.In addition,the optical modulation capabilities of the V2O5 xerogel film and the Fe0.41V2O5 xerogel film are close,and the introduction of Fe^3+does not significantly affect the optical properties of the film.
